TV Troubleshooting Tips:
- Check to be sure the power is on and connected.
- Make sure all cables are securely connected.
- Verify your television is set to the correct input (using original TV remote).
- Verify power to your ONT.
- Unplug the power from your TV box for one (1) minute.
- Plug back in and wait for box to reboot.
- If still having a problem unplug the power from your ONT for two (2) minutes. (This will cause a loss of services.)
- Plug the ONT back in and wait for the lights to come back on.
- Wait for your box to reboot.
